Niamh's House Cosy and Comfy in the heart of Kinvara

Very comfortable and clean. Nice character, great central location. Friendly welcome.

Received a great welcome. Accommodating to a changes of arrival time. Great info on good local places to eat. Games for the kids to play. Working stove. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Working washing machine and dryer. The building is fabulous but there are a few steps. A step up to the kitchen.

Perfect location, spacious, cozy, well equipped lovely home. We really enjoyed our stay.

Loved the location. Bernie was awesome and punctual. Walkable and central to everything we planned to see and services we would need. Great grocery store close by. Comfy, cozy beds. So many dishes and kitchen supplies. Rare to stay somewhere with loads of towels and TP for you. Too afraid to use the fine China but loved looking at it and being offered the use of it. As teachers, we even enjoyed watching the students walking by in the morning, trying not to stare in the window 😂 We would stay here again in a heartbeat.💓

These are NOT dislikes and are no fault of the owners, just an fyi for future visitors. The upstairs is roomy but there are a lot of narrow stairs leading up to the two bedrooms. Heavier suitcases/mobility issues may have a difficult time. Bedroom on main level is comfy. Check back doors are locked when you arrive. Locking the front door was tricky for these 🇨🇦. Friendly neighbour helped. Perhaps instructions for the locks, washer/dryer etc, left for those from North America would be an idea. We don’t have the same types of appliances/locks/electricity. Most pubs and restaurants are closed Monday and Tuesday, in the off season, in Kinvarra. Again, not dislikes, as we loved this unit.
