The location is excellent, the neighborhood is very quiet and it is also very close to the beach.

We hebben drie heerlijke dagen doorgebracht in dit charmante huis in Naples, samen met onze zonen van 9 en 12. Het voelde echt alsof we midden in de American Life zaten. Het huis is een gezellige bungalow, volledig gelijkvloers, met drie ruime slaapkamers (ideaal voor de kinderen om apart te slapen) en twee comfortabele badkamers. De keuken was groot en volledig uitgerust – er was al van alles aanwezig, van kruiden tot een airfryer en een grote koelkast. Buiten is er een gezellige eetplek mét muggenbescherming, en natuurlijk een groot zwembad waar onze kinderen zich volop hebben geamuseerd. Er lagen zelfs zwembanden klaar! Ook de tuin rondom is mooi aangelegd. Een grote plus waren de wasmachine en droogkast – super handig met kinderen. De ligging is ook perfect: op 10 minuten rijden van de pier, en winkels zijn vlakbij. Kortom: we hebben echt niets negatiefs te melden. Dit is zonder twijfel een vaste aanrader voor wie Naples wil ontdekken!

The best part of this actual home is its proximity to dining, nightlife, Publix and Tin City. We did not have to drive a great distance to go anywhere. Next, the pool temperature was nice and warm. Also, the space was perfect for 6 people. Each of the tables had seating for 6. Oh, and let's not forget the adjustable work desk. I had to bring my laptop with me to finish up some work and it's location kept me in the mix with friends sitting out on the screened in porch as well as those cooking in the kitchen. It was a very nicely decorated, clean home away from home.

There was nothing that we did not like. However, 2 of the 6 guests on the trip mentioned that the bed was a little uncomfortable because the mattress is super firm. That is the only reason we have a 9 out of 10. Also, the outside patio can become a little warm. There isn't a ceiling fan to cool the area down. We tried to do a movie night out back but it became a bit muggy. If there is a breeze, it's amazing. If the air is still, it's better to head to the living room.
