Cozy Villa Marina, Iris fase 1, WiFi

The apartment was well equipped. It was spacious and good to have 2 bathrooms. The bed was extremely comfortable 😍 It seems like the complex is mainly private so it was very peaceful. The pool area is very well looked after. We had a car but we also walked to Papagyo beach through the hotel carpark. It's only about 25 min walk.

It was a little further than we expected from the main town but we still did walk it a few times.

Quiet, clean and well equipped apartment. Host are very responsive and any issue dealt with promptly. Letting us stay beyond check out time was much appreciated.

No dining area/table inside the apartment. It gets windy and cold in the evening so usually end up sitting on the sofa. Won't stop me from rebooking though. Pool was too cold to swim in late May.

Overall, the villa Marina is an excellent choice for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Playa Blanca. The villa is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location is perfect for exploring the area. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was truly exceptional.

The villa was in a great location, their description was accurate i.e. it was a 10 minute walk to the Rubicon Marina. There is a supermarket within a 3 or 4 min walk. The pool and complex were very clean and well kept. Pool towels and cushions for the sunbeds at the pool were provided. There were 2 sunbeds in the garden and very comfortable garden furniture. The complex was very safe. Would definitely return. All my questions were answered promptly by Mona, she was very friendly and professional in all our dealings.

The pool was cold, but this isnt the owners fault, we were aware of this before we booked. I still used the pool every day.

Great villa - nice pool

The villa was just as described and a great base for our holiday. The living/kitchen area is small but perfectly formed. It was a nice surprise to get some water and snacks on arrival and having condiments already available along with tea and coffee was great. As we were two couples it was ideal to have a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and also on the 1st floor. We used the washing machine and drying area at the back of the property and also the table and loungers at the front which gets the sun all afternoon. The complex is immaculate with a lovely pool and loungers. We love the area as its 5 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants in Papagayo and 10 minutes to all of the facilities at the marina. Comms with the property manager was super efficient and friendly. We won't hesitate to book to stay here again.

Great location, near the marina. Lovely sheltered garden and balcony which got the sun in the afternoon. Spacious bedrooms + bathrooms.

The WiFi was a little patchy but we didn’t care on holiday!

Perfect position for us ~ easy to walk to the Marina, Las Colorades, Mujeres beach and a good supermarket just around the corner for provisions. Complex is very well-maintained - villa itself was very clean and newly decorated- a good size for the two of us - kitchen was well-resourced for cooking should you wish to do so- Mona the host was helpful and very easy to contact for advice.
