Localização, perfeita

Não trocaram o lixo do banheiro durante os 3 dias que fiquei hospedada e nem arrumaram o quarto. O café da manhã não é pontual , mas era gostoso , nada de muito especial

Excellent city center location.

Communication was not clear.

I’ve been travelling a lot and I can say there is a lot for improvement with staff and communication, especially. We arrived 2 hrs earlier and we wanted to ask if we can leave our luggage but we couldn’t find the entrance as there is no sign anywhere for B&B View. We tried calling the phone from booking but no one answered. Right after the call we got the instructions how to check in (we didn’t know we should expect such, the host can mention that in Booking). Gladly our room was ready and we checked in. The room is nice, seems new, the beds are comfortable. When cleaning the room, please throw the bin, as well. Breakfast was the bare minimum, bread and cereals, not even boiled eggs. Not to mention it’s a late breakfast and the other day they were even late, blaming the traffic…but when I wrote them in Whatsapp to ask what’s going on nobody replied. For this price guests will expect better quality.

Veldig fin utsikt. Rent og pent rom. God seng. Hyggelig og hjelpsom dame i resepsjonen.

Frühstück würde immer zu spät geliefert 8:45 statt 8:30 das jeden Tag, Personal ist überfordert. Keine Entschuldigung dafür. Betten wurden nicht gemacht wie im Angebot dargestellt. Lg

Although breakfast starts at 8:30 AM, which is too late for a business traveler, the host still arranged an earlier breakfast and even went out of their way to pack an extra meal for the road.
