Brand new crane Apartments no 9 or 6

the accommodation was everything we needed for our stay and the staff was very helpful especially Betty.

Apartment was clean and very comfortable.

- The apartment had almost everything you need for a quick stay in Lenasia. - We did not cook but the kitchen was fully equipped to make meals. - The bathroom was large and spacious. - There was an aircon which was welcomed as it was very hot. - Parking was not undercover but it felt secure. - It was very private.

Just a few things: - The WiFi is non-existant. We had zero WiFi signal despite being given the password and network name - We couldn't watch any TV because it could not find WiFi signal - There is no shower caddy in the shower. There is no place to put soap, shampoo etc - The bedding was some sort of velvet material which was too hot for summer. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. - The bath towels were more like blankets...they don't absorb water.

Comfortable, i had apartment 6 which was perfect for a solo traveller such as myself, the people at the property were very helpful in assisting me when required. Shout out to my man Austin 🔥 and my gratitude to Mr Amod, will definitely be booking again.

the A/C works

they give you a kettle but they don't give you coffee or tea bags like every one else dose it says free WiFi but its just on the the TV the the watter Pressure in the shower is kinda low the springs on the bed were terrible

Intercom was not in service had to call and wait for assistance. I was not informed of two enterances to premises. Later info was communicated regarding deposit on arrival. Bed mattress was not comfortable.
