Phòng nghĩ rất ổn, nhân viên nhiệt tình

The room was pretty clean overall. The first family room I stayed in had one bathroom without hot water, and the bed was very creaky, you could hear it every time you turned over at night. For the second night, I changed to another room, which was much better with a nice view and more space, but unfortunately, the bed still had the same issue. On the positive side, the staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay.

For sure the bed will need some work and the hot water will need to be replace for superior family room

Khách sạn kế công viên nên lúc nào cũng nhộn nhịp, phòng sạch sẽ. Điểm cộng của ks là nhân viên và bảo vệ rất niềm nở, vui vẻ, nhiệt tình.

Staff are friendly and helpful Very good location (near Ben Ninh Kieu, supermarket, chemist, restaurant, walking distance to little park for kids at night,...) The room is spacious and very new. Bed is comfy to sleep on. A big modern TV (my son loves it)

Noise cancellation isn't that good. We can hear people talking next to our room Maybe it is difficult to park your car in front of the hotel due to a very busy street Need an extra bathmat next to the bathtub. No Netflix,.. The bathroom is clean but smells like bleach, especially the bathtub....

Chỗ đậu xe cực kỳ bất tiện, việc đưa chìa khoá cho nhân viên mang xe đi cách ks khoảng 1km đậu là rất rủi ro, mới hơn 6h lễ tân đã gọi lên phòng nhắc chỗ đậu xe làm ảnh hưởng đến giấc ngủ Ks thiết kế rất lạ, trước thang máy là 1 bãi đậu xe máy ngổn ngang, bừa bộn, cầu thang bộ tại tầng 3 cực kỳ nguy hiểm cho trẻ nhỏ và người già, nếu bước ko cẩn thận sẽ hụt chân và ảnh hưởng đến tính mạng Nước nóng bị ngược (mở về bên lạnh C mới nóng) và cũng chập chờn rất yếu, tắm gần 30 phút mới xong

Mọi thứ rất ổn,thiết kế phòng đẹp hiện đại. Đầy đủ tiện nghi. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, lịch sự và vui vẻ.

The hotel was very clean. Our room.for 2 adults and 2 teens was very large with 2 bathrooms and a separated area between the beds. There was a small fridge. The location was great for short walk to the river for an early start visiting the floating markets. It is also a short walk to some.eateries and a supermarket. We were able to easily get our laundry done.

There was nothing we didn't like.
