We made lovely memories, the kids didn't want to leave. From home to home it was very comfortable and clean. Close to all activities and amusements.

I like the location of the caravan, it is near to the activity areas, the veranda is quiet big and chairs are comfy

The breakfast from the restaurant was good value and very well presented

The caravan needs to be deep cleaned, the sofas in the lounge area are stained , the inside of the fridge has brown stains on the back and there was a damp smell also in the lounge area, The bed in the large bedroom was very uncomfortable needs new mattress, could not sleep we ended up leaving after two nights . We could not get the tv on or access wifi , we contacted the owner who response was just mess around with the wires and you should be able to get it on.

Communication with owner, close proximity to Haven facilities, and only 5-10 minutes from beach. Spacious lounge; even with 4 adults, 1 teen and 2 children and 3 dogs! Good shower, nice and warm in the van. I would book again, as thought it was overall a lovely holiday despite the weather! Remember to factor in the cost of your Haven pass, and extra activities in with your holiday costs.

Glad we didn't shop for the week, as difficult to cook pizza on our first night as cooker not great; we could of contacted the owner, but we where happy just to use the hob, as only a 4 day break. For next season: Could of done with a vegetable peeler, an extra sharp knife, and a bowl or two for salad. It was a wet summer, the sofas are ready for a steam clean For the owner we made a temporary repair to the TV stand, as a previous renter must have broken one of the legs.

Uncomfortable sofa Lack of basic essentials i.e bath mat for the shower , handsoap in the toilet also more than one hand towel in the kitchen would have been good. Tv stand was broken
