FANTASTIC!!! The flat is spacious and clean, and the owners are very helpful and communicative, The car park in New Street was inexpensive (£12 for 3 days/nights) and easier than trying to find on-road parking, with the free permit. There are ample restaurants and bars within the immediate vicinity and lovely walks, too. By car, it isn't far from many other places of natural beauty and market towns. Huge bath sheets, quality bedding, comfy sofa, and a well equipped kitchen, add to the overall comfort. It is absolutely worth a visit, and I shall be happy to rebook.

The pub opposite attracted young and noisy revellers to the early hours on Friday and Saturday. On Sunday, the bar was closed. The flat is an old building, with single glazing, and whilst I wouldn't be deterred from visiting again, I would recommend earplugs for light sleepers. Just a personal preference, but I would have liked a kingsize quilt on the double bed. Pros far outweigh the minor cons, which are easily overcome.
