Appartement agréable et fonctionnel, place de parking. Ce logement est bien situé près du centre.

Le Check in est très compliqué, trop digital pour nous, à cause de la tablette.

Easy access to old town and parking space.

Not great cooking facilities, no decent cutlery or plates and bowls. The check procedure was very confusing and cumbersome. No Netflix’s or other streaming platform for international visitors.

Very spacious and very clean. We drove from Matsumoto and it was great to have a parking space outside the front door. So much room for 2 people and all the facilities if you wanted to self accommodate. A short walk to Takayama, close to the old town in a quiet location.

We loved the property but would provide the following feedback 1. The check-in process is a little bit complicated but it does work. It also means checking out is easy. 2. There was a cold snap when we stayed and did notice that the toilet at the front of the property was cold, despite the heated seat. Perhaps could offer slippers to help. 3. The light in the bedroom was low and we kept knocking into it but this isn’t a problem really!

Would stay away (maybe a scam) - we could not enter the property due to faulty instructions and they did not respond to calls or messages - so we had to book another place to stay. They haven't replied still so have not yet been refunded! Stay away!

The house is beautiful. It has the traditional japanese features and we love it. The house is not small at all, it has many rooms. Facilities are great! The owner is so kind, he helps us with many things. The neighbor is kind too. There are many amenities that the owner provided. Overall is a great experience for us. Thank you so much
