BEAccueil très bien organisé par José. L'appartement vient d'être rénové (matériaux de qualité) et a toutes les facilités (four, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, séchoir, machine à café, 2 salles de bain, etc.). La situation est parfaite (devant la digue et à 5 minutes à pied du centre du vieux Marbella) et la vue de l'appartement sur la mer est magnifique. José nous a expliqué tout ce qu'il fallait pour nous sentir à l'aise dès les premières minutes et nous a indiqué les bonnes adresses de restaurant typiques.

BEExcellente situation, proche du centre historique, des commerces et des restaurants. L’appartement est hyper lumineux, très calme, bien décoré et spacieux. Très belle vue sur la mer, la terrasse est très agréable.

IEFabulous Apartment with incredible ocean views, 5 minutes from Old Town. Apartment beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable, very spacious and so clean and fresh. Our host Jose was superb and gave lots of information on the area and his restaurant recommendations were excellent.
PLWe truly enjoyed our stay! Apartment is newly renovated, bright and clean. Sea view, particularly at sunrise, is amazing! Location is ideal, right beside promenade and within walking distance of Old Town. The apartment is located in closed and safe neighborhood. Communication with the owner was excellent, they even provided wonderful recommendations for local restaurants.

GBModern apartment with all necessary facilities, great views from the balcony, comfortable beds, etc. Good location in a quiet gated complex but walk 5 -10 minutes and there are many restaurants/ bars. Jose Joaquin is an excellent host, very helpful and very courteous - all communications and door entry are arranged via WhatsApp which makes things easy. There is Italian restaurant Pizza Sol across the road if you are hungry as soon as you arrive and a supermarket Coviran just behind it if you need water etc. There is a larger Carrefour about 10 mins walk away if you need a bigger choice. I would definitely recommend the apartment if you are going to Marbella.
