I like that Kikay responded and also negotiated with the guard so we could go to the unit right away, though it was tedious as the guard also claimed that the unit we were about to stay is in delinquent list so they hesitated for us to go in.

We did not like it for the fact that there was different information between the owner of the unit and the staff. The owner thought that there was drinkable water in the unit and it was for free, however, when we arrived there was no drinkable water and no dispenser either we got the water the next day but I sent messages to multiple caretakers because Kikay who I initially reached out did not respond anymore. It was Camille who assisted us on the later part so a bit disappointed on that matter. The TV was also not properly set up despite the request until the stay ended. Also, the unit is dusty, it seems that it is not well kept and well maintained. Unlike other units we stayed there was no smell that it was recently cleaned and sanitized. Hopefully, all these raised matters will be addressed when we come back and stay there by February, cause I believe it is the same unit we've booked and stayed.

Tv didn't work had no signal on

Property is close to sm seaside mall which has everything you ever need. Didn’t get to use all facilities but pool looked great and also gym.

Area wise it’s Hard to get transport sometimes. The property needs updating, broken furniture, and was not cleaned before getting there as should be.

SAN REMO CEBU Disgusting room 5516 Unit/condo bedsheets are very old, bed aren’t made so many cockroaches, especially at night they’re all coming out crawling on the dining table some on the walls in the bedroom underneath the kitchen sink there’s cockroach in the cupboard where the cutlery and plates and pots and pans. And it’s a false advertise they said the second room had two single bed when we check in find out it was a trundle bed. Every windows don’t have any lock 🔐 I would not consider it as a family condo it’s very dangerous for a family with little kids because this is on the fifth floor. Imagine your kids playing on the bed and try to open the window without the Lock at all. What do you think will happen? Because Don’t have locks 🔐 🔒 🔏 on it! Rice cooker is not working. We tried to cook some rice. End up. Rice got ruined because of the rice cooker is broken. The two cabinets inside the bedroom is damage we can’t even use it. You can’t pull the drawers out because it’s stuck.Walls are dirty! I have so many photos that I’ve taken of this dirty place. We have to lock the kitchen window with wooden spoon to make us feel safe because anyone could climb and get into the window, and steal our stuff . We have to improvise the kitchen window to make us feel safe. and air conditioning is full of DUST! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUST IN THE WHOLE SITUATION!!!!😡😡😡😡😡
