2 Bed on The Main Street

Cooker poor water took a while to heat up otherwise a lovely and comfy stay Chinese takeaway across road well worth a visit

The beds were so comfy. We had everything we needed.

Missed a 3 seater sofa in living room. It had 2 2 seater sofas.

Location was great, place was clean

Didnt see any manual explaining the hot water situation. Never could get a response from the owners about early check-in. Having an electricity adapter there would have been a great service

I love the little town it's in, the people are so nice an welcoming, the apartment was so spacious an like a home from home, so clean an everything you need, it's nice an quite and the beach is only down the road from it, I highly recommend this accommodation, will definitely be visiting again

There's actually nothing I didn't like

I have to write this review because we fear that we have been scammed by the owner of the apartment, who had promised us a refund that he then never paid us. This refund was promised to us because once we arrived at the apartment we unfortunately discovered that the ad did not reflect the actual state of the property which is dilapidated, absolutely dirty with cobwebs everywhere, spiders, a very strong smell of sewer, holes in the walls and dirty beds. We are a family with two children and we had to find alternative accommodation suddenly, because it was not possible to stay with children in that house. Therefore we did not spend even one night of the three nights we had booked and paid for. We attach photos of the apartment and screenshots of the conversations with the host.

Good location for local pubs and walk over the head/beach. No parking problems.

This property provided the minimum level of comfort. Hard to see how it even made a 3 star rating. Ramshackle unloved feel. Old, mismatched crockery and furniture (some of it broken). General lack of cleanliness including pan, cupboards. Finish generally poor and bodged. Needed a good painting and refresh. Old, 80's office ceilings and lighting. Luke warm water for shower. One toilet out of order. There is no access to a "private beach". The "terrace" is actually a half-covered lean-to with a washing line.. Bit of a depressing place to stay.. very poor value for money. Would have left immediately but had nowhere to go.
