"Great family break"

Great last minute family stay, super clean and great wifi (handy if there’s a storm warning when you visit). Would also be great for two couples. We had a brilliant times, loads of walks from the doorstep or as far as you choose to adventure.

More towel hooks would be helpful.

Exceptionally clean & comfortable, nicely decorated, spacious for two people, had everything we needed. Responsive host and really liked that she left us some basic essentials in the fridge too! Short walk into Kendal town centre and an easy drive to other lake district locations. We tried some of the suggested walks too and they were great.

Heating came on automatically in the night and we were roasting! Easily fixed by turning the radiators down though.

"We had a great 4 days , Kendal is ideal for exploring the Lakes and the Dales"

Extremely clean , newly carpeted, comfortable beds with quality bed linen. The kitchen was well stocked and the Prosecco and beers were very welcome.

Only downside was the distance to the town centre
