Guests are required to send a photo identification and credit card before check-in, along with the completed registration form that the property will send to shortly after booking. Anyone found or evidence of smoking inside will be fined GBP 100 as an additional cleaning charge. Kindly note that guests are not permitted to use hair dye or fake tan in the rooms. Additionally, towels should not be used to remove make up. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and by prior arrangement only. From GBP 15 per hour depending on the time required. For safe and security reasons candles, portable heaters, smoking indoors, overloading of sockets, or any faulty electrical item are prohibited. Guests are liable for any loss, damages or personal injuries within the property. Damages made within the property will result in guests being charged for full repairs. Additional linens for bedroom 2 are available at an additional cost of GBP 25 per set if you have only booked for 2 guests but want to use the second bedroom.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
