Extremely well located. The apartment was everything the description said and more. Clean, comfortable and very kid/dog friendly. The communication with the hosts was quick and efficient. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back!

The property is amazing, exceptionally clean and the location is perfect, right at the center. Alex is a very good host and goes an extra mile to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The interiors of the apartment is excellent and done with taste. We left with a very good long & long lasting impression. We will visit it again.

"Lovely Place, Strategic Location"

Lovely family home right in the middle of Rapallo, very responsive and friendly host. - Big house. - Coffee capsules and tea bags were available. - Hot water. - Washing machine and detergent were available. - Air conditioning / chauffage available. - Wifi. - Safe. - Lovely interior. - Kitchenware provided. Additionally the apartment location was strategic. - Busy area, right in the center! Easy access to restaurants and shops. - 4 min walk from the train station. - pharmacy below the building - 5 min walk from the sea. - flat area, no stairs.

- No smart TV. - No insulation, the house is cold. - the elevator is toooo tight. - there's stairs to reach the elevator at ground floor. - once you open the elevator door to reach the flat, be very careful if you have kids, it's right next to the stairs. - Host could have given clearer instructions on key collection and apartment location prior to arrival. The building is between the pharmacy and the centrale coffee shop. The keybox is right next to the flat door.
