Gran Via XV 4BR 4BH

Apartment was beautiful, clean, and spacious. In a great area.

I could not control the water temperature in the shower. It got dangerously hot. The room we slept in was super noisy we heard everything that was going on outside we did not sleep at all. Also the window was broken.

The location was good although one room felt like you were sleeping on the street. People in the morning would sit on the window edge and talk and have coffee that I had to get up multiple times to knock on the window so I could go back to sleep.

It’s advertised as a 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom place but it was only 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Also each bed for 2 people only has one pillow. So one person was sleeping without a pillow or we had to pay to get the right amount of pillows to the amount of people we had said are staying at the place. Also 2 of the bathroom sinks would not drain. All of the room door’s squeak very loud when u open or shut them and one of the room you cannot even shut the room door. Although the host was very responsive they were not accommodating for things like pillows etc.

El apartamento muy bien centrico.por la noche ahi mucho ruido por los bares que ahi alli y cierran muy tarde.limpieza bien pero necesita mas ollas y sartenes.

La puerta del cuarto baño chirria las visagras,no tiene guarda ropa, por lo demas todo bien.

La ubicación

Faltaba mas espacio de almacenamiento. Algún armario mas en las habitaciones.

Camas cómodas y apartamento moderno con comodidades.

Las ventanas eran muy muy pequeñas, los tragaluz del techo eran muy altos para abrirlos y la lavadora hacia mucho ruido y se movía sola.

It’s walking distance to Gran Via. The restaurants are jz downstairs. There is also a 24 hours mini mart where we can get some of our necessities. When we were there, the lift was not working so we had to walk up to the 4th floor. The hosts assisted by engaging helper to carry up our luggages when we checked in n when we checked out. Host was helpful & reply quickly to our requests.

Style, comfort, and location were great.

Sometimes a weird smell was present.
