Despite our arrival at 11:00 PM, the room was not ready. The sheets were dirty, there were no blankets, no towels, and not even toilet paper. When we asked the receptionist to help us find a taxi to the train station, he tried to scam us by offering a ride at four times the normal rate — nearly the same price as our two-night stay at the hotel The hotel does nothing to prevent other guests from playing loud music late at night (1 AM). Thankfully, we had earplugs with us
