The host was really understanding because booked last minute and I arrived extremely late which was not an issue at all, found the keys, a good parking spot and that was it :)

New apartment building, the furniture inside apartment is nice. Kitchen with open space and big bar and huge tv. The kitchen contains almost everything you need as equipment ( fridge, oven etc ) Shops not so far from the apartment. Nice and quiet for the hole stay.

I would say it needs more kitchen tools. Small cups for coffee and only 2 of each kind. Only one blanket available in the apartment. No iron for the clothes. There is a washing machine for the clothes , but saw no dryer. Maybe is ok to have also some basic condiments ( as usually are everywhere you go ) Regarding the parking , maybe is ok to have a dedicated parking space for this apartment , and not to search each time for a parking space around the building.

The owners have very poor understanding on how the Booking payment system works. After failing to collect the payment, one of the owners was calling me frenetically, leaving messages and voice messages about how they failed to charge me for my stay. In which case I've politely asked them to check with the Booking Customer Service to address this payment issue because it wasn't my responsibility to ensure that the payment is successful. I've vouched with my credit card while the booking was made and I've had the funds available on it too. What they understood by that was to lie to the customer service that I didn't stay at their place - cancelling the booking after it was confirmed and a week has past since the booking for it has ended; that I didn't follow their policies. I've explained to the customer service that it's not the responsibility of the end user to ensure that a payment is successful as long as the reservation was made by using a credit card with the required funds available to pay it. It seems like Booking Customer Service is aware that ensuring a successful payment doesn't fall within the end user hence they didn't object to my conversation with them. The other owner of this fine establishment was even more excited about contacting, so excited that they left me a cute message calling me and my fiancée pigs (because we have more fat than the average person), saying that we need to exercise more; making this issue a God related one because we are awful people for staying for free and for making them loose money. If you can get pass this potential issue that you may have with them too, I think it may be a good place to stay. Stay safe. Moreover, some appliances are missing like microwave, pots, coffee machine, pretty much anything you'd need if stay more than a couple of days. Not to mention basic reusable hygiene products: toilet paper. :)
