Eco Bamboo Island Bali - Bamboo House #1

The property is very aesthetic. It’s like a dream waking up every morning looking through the bamboo structure to high level hammock into the jungle over looking a lake. It really is what Bali dreams are made of. I wouldn’t say this is a long stay place, it’s an amazing experience for a couple of nights. The service from the staff was good, they do try their best to accommodate you and communicate through watsapp really well. My husband had a massage in house which he rated. It’s a good location to explore the east side of Bali. The local supermarket also delivered to us which was extremely helpful.

The menu choice is very limited, it’s worth bearing in mind if you are staying more than a couple of nights. For us, we had our two children with us, it’s probably not the best fit for kids, they loved how cool the place was but it’s just not safe really for children under 8 if I’m being frank. We travelled with a 4 year old and 12 year old so they were able to stay together but I was a bit worried my 4 year old would wander. There’s a steep drop and no walls to keep them ‘contained’. The menu was hard for them too.

The property was great, and the lady staff was very polite and helpful. Surely want to recommend.
