That only one of us was forced to stay one night out of 3 nights

The Hotel was desperately slow in answering my messages, and never had the courtesy to inform us that they did not have any electricity in the hotel. Only one of us had the "pleasure" of staying one night with a fan and candle as compensation. I was lucky enough not to make it to the hotel, but one person had to endure this nightmare establishment for one night! I'm still waiting for my promised compensation from the hotel. Never ever will I book with them again!

Location: The accommodation is conveniently located within walking distance of the main city and Iriga market. The Iriga bus station is also on the same road, which was very convenient for me as I needed to take a minibus to Naga airport. Rooms: We have booked two rooms - one double and one single. Both rooms were very clean and had comfortable beds. There is also a communal kitchen, which was very convenient for my mum. The rooms are located on the second floor, but this was not an issue for my mum. We both felt secure in this accommodation. Other amenities: Fast internet was available, and the staff, particularly Lourdes, was very helpful and attentive at all times. Overall, I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place.

The view was excellent. The place is comfortable. The staff are friendly and accomodating, even helped us carry our luggage’s on check out. Thank you.
