Dirty floor, can feel something stick on the feet when walking especially living and dining area No towel for floor in the toilet No shower curtain hence water spill outside shower area Toilet sink too small and too near to wall

Good and peaceful environment, varieties of facilities, spacious room, very clean, secure parking and good security guard, the owner really helpful. I really recommend this condo if you want to have privacy with your family with affordable prices.

It's a bit far to the nearest shopping centre but still have small shop around the condo

The apartment was at the ground floor, making it very easy to access especially for the elderly and with baggage. Apartment was spacious and clean. Beds and the sofa set in the living room was comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for meals. Wifi and tv box was great in terms of reliability. Parking was made available and covered. Lastly security was very good with cctv in key areas and onsite guard at the entrance making his round very early in the morning as we were leaving the premises early. Checking and checkout was a breeze as the owner is very communicative and clear with the instructions. Also very responsive on any queries and questions that I have - thank you.

Not really a complaint but patrons should be aware that the location is away from the Miri city center but very close to the airport - it was very convenient for us as we needed to be early at the airport. An area of improvement would be the bathrooms. Shower curtains would help avoid the whole toilet floor being wet. A bigger sink and places to put toiletries or hang clothes would be good too.

The unit was super excellent clean and excellent services.

Quiet new condominium. Good for family trip.
