The location, atmosphere, neighborhood, timely service, timely gardening and watering the grass, friendly and disciplined security force, pleasant environment and most interesting the grass embedded beach seaside (shore). Very clean public bathroom @ seaside.

defective signage, steep ramps, gardening water system need to be focused on the greenery not on the passages in between the green areas, deficient restaurants and supermarkets, beach-services and delayed electricity supply for Cilantro which made serving beverages not an easy task.

The chalet is super comfy, clean modern and spacious. You can see the pool from the main balcony and a side sea view from the master bed room. The kitchen is well equipped with anything u might need on a vacation and the bedrooms are air conditioned of course and well furnished with clean sheets and everything. The place itself is quiet with a relaxing atmosphere very suitable if you just want to relax and chill. Aside from all this, the hospitality, understanding and friendliness of the owner is like no other! He was very helpful, punctual and flexible with us. I would definitely consider this place as my first option again if I wanted to relax and wind down a couple of days

I recently sayed at Mr.Ahmed's and had a great experience. The location was excellent view, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff at the pool were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend
