Tudo! A casa é simplesmente maravilhosa, a cozinha é super completa e tem um quintal lindo! Além da casa ser muito aconchegante a anfitriã Rosa é muito educada e prestativa! Recomendo para todos.

The house is cozy and atmospheric, with a lot of space for a whole family. I liked the leveled terraces, all the plants and the secluded feeling of the place, even though there are house all around. The living room is sunny and spacious, while the bedrooms are more cozy and intimate. There are a lot of spots to drink your morning or afternoon coffe 😉 The house is well equipped, air conditioning works well, same for WI-Fi and TV. The owners are very hospitable and helpful - I've asked for a clothing iron and I had it delivered just an hour later, brand new from the store 😁 I had no problems with communication, received answers to all mu questions, along with a bunch of helpful information about Mondello and Palermo in general.

It's a little bit far away from the beach and sometimes you can hear the neighbours from the other side of the wall.

Kłopotliwa jest lokalizacja jednej z łazienek na innym poziomie niż sypialnie.

Immediately after booking, Rosa was in touch, she was very helpful in the run up to our arrival and also offered for us to access the apartment early if we needed. She shared details of taxi services and was there to meet us when we arrived. She was incredibly helpful, showing us around and taking the time to point things out. Always available for any questions we had. Shares a host of nearby restaurants, bars, entertainment spots etc She really was the perfect host! Thank you Rosa! The property itself within a quiet residential area but with good local facilities in the small supermarket - where the owners are incredibly kind and helpful despite our lack of Italian!. I wish I asked their names, I’m sorry I didn’t. There are a number of nearby restaurants- on a night when we didn’t want to wander far we went to Francos and recommend it! Buses can be found at a local stop just yards from the entrance to the apartments or a short walk away to the local square. These run frequently down to the centre of mondello and to the beach area where you can pick up another bus to Palermo . There is also a late night bus the N2 Which will get you home in the wee hours if cocktails run on a little late ☺️ The gardens were lovely to to sit in at night and in the morning with your coffee. There are lime trees and basil plants that have been very well cared for. There are little outside areas dotted around the apartment from a balcony with laundry and drying facilities to outside seating areas outside each bedroom and one with a hammock (that I did not brave 🤣) The property itself had everything you might need for your stay, was extremely clean and I loved the style of the kitchen. Rosa had also left us a bottle of Sicilian wine to enjoy which was a lovely touch.

Spazi, cortile dove chiudere la giornata in compagnia, posizione. Rosa, la proprietaria gentilissima e disponibilissima. A parte i cani dei vicini che abbaiano appena ci si muove (non certo colpa di Rosa) location assolutamente positiva.

La casa muy bonita y super limpia, nos hemos sentido muy agusto, las habitaciones se encuentran en el piso de abajo lo cual las hacen más frescas para dormir, no obstante tenían aire acondicionado cosa que en verano con 30 grados se agradece. Nos dejaron una botella de vino de bienvenida y había hasta barbacoa en la casa la cual pudimos disfrutar porque había también carbón en la cocina y capsulas para el café. En el baño había también jabón y champú además de gorros de ducha disponibles. Los anfitriones han sido siempre muy serviciales para cualquier ayuda, nos indicaron muchos sitios donde poder ir a comer y playas bonitas en la zona. Muy agradecidos por su amable atención!

Como sugerencia estaría bien poner una cortina en el baño de arriba porque se sale todo el agua de la bañera cuando te duchas. En la ducha de abajo tampoco funcionaba la alcachofa, solo la ducha de arriba, estaría bien cambiarla. Por lo demás todo perfecto!
