"Perfect for a place to stay in Derby."

Central location to town but does not feel like the most safe area.

Home is decorated lovely, however the bathroom did not feel the cleanest.

It was close to the centre but to be honest outside photos would’ve been beneficial. It was clean and had everything you needed. Customer service was good.

Just needs to be a bit more “polished”. Unfiltered photos of the property would portray it better.

"Ok for one night stay. needs a few fixes."

Quiet. Clean. spacious. Wifi, Fridge, washing machine etc.

Only one tiny fan in living room. In the summer, each bedroom should have a fan. I had to buy a table fan from Home bargains for £12 as it was very hot. Suggest that owner buys 2 fans as it will pay for itself within a day and last a few years. Also suggest to buy black out curtains and fix the curtain rod in the bedroom facing the road.
