The Moose #3 - Modern Luxe Studio with Free Gated Parking & Wifi

The location was close to downtown Memphis in a nice historic district. There was lots of space and it was attractively presented with great attention to detail. The host also said we could come earlier since the room was ready earlier and recommended a cafe close by for breakfast.

I sent the property a text message bc I wasnt able to locate the back parking lot. I got a response within 2 min with written directions and a map edited showing me the way. I appreciated how everything was stocked for our stay

the mold above the shower. Had I not looked up, I wouldnt of seen it.

Location was excellent, $7 ish for an uber to broadway, safe and secure complex with security gates on both entrances, the apartment itself has everything you need amd loads of added extras, wireless chargers by the bed, night lights, full cooking facilities and more. The perfect place for a trip to memphis.

Lovely apartment with great amenities very well thought out, had everything we needed from cotton wool to condiments. Staff really care about your experience and nothing was too much trouble for Amit who helped us when our luggage didn't turn up. Located in the Victorian quarter of Memphis felt very secure. Free laundry facilities on site.

The studio is roomy, well equipped, clean, and just a short Uber ride to downtown. Owners are attentive and respond to inquiries within minutes.

Spacious studio. Good location to downtown Memphis, 10$ Uber. Gated park area. Had everything we needed, fridge, microwave, tv, laundry facilities, very nice bathroom etc.

The room was very comfortable and lovely and clean, the location was close to the attractions, they had a lot of local information on the area and city to help what to do, on-site parking was convenient

Lovely property with everything you could wish for, the owner has literally thought of everything! Fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed and seating/dining area. We loved it.

The noise from the other apartments. You can hear every footstep above and every conversation being had around you. The owner asks for quiet times which is great but not all guests pay attention. We had loud tv’s and talking/shouting waking us at 6am and then some women singing gospel until 3am. Not the owners fault guests are rude but some soundproofing would really help this place. Location wasn’t great, we had a homeless person sleeping opposite the building and the area doesn’t feel safe for the 30 min walk to downtown.

The Moose is an extraordinarily well-thought-out and stylish accommodation where the safety and comfort of the guests is the top priority. The host also attaches great importance to making you feel completely comfortable. That is why the apartment also had a variety of cosmetic and cleaning products, coffee, tea and various other foods, outdoor seating and washing machines and dryers in a lockable room. Last but not least, the loving and perfectly coordinated furnishings mean that The Moose can be recommended wholeheartedly.
