Very good spot. Quiet,clean and comfy.

Rooms are very clean with privative bathroom. The place is very close to old centre and Sunday's market. However, my room was very quiet Staff very kind and helpful

Best place to rest away from main road but still accessible to night market, restaurants when doing ha giang loop.

The beds are hard as a rock. Everything we have experienced so far in Vietnam, this was the worst accommodation. The staff is very unfriendly and also does not understand a single word of English. At least 10 people were yelling and making noise in the stairwell at 7am. Not for a short time, but until we checked out.

Nobody speaks English.

Bed was rock hard. After 10 minutes in the room we asked for more blankets to make the bed sleepable but they didn't want to give us. Then we told her we wanted to find another hotel and asked for our money back but she charged us 70% of the price for 'cleaning fee' even though we barely touched anything. Stay somewhere else if you can.
