The apartment is great. 100% consistent with the description.The apartment is new, very clean, the sheets and towels smelled nice. It has everything you need for a longer stay, coffee, tea and cooking equipment are provided. The area was calm, quiet and safe. The host is very nice and communicative, there is a bakery, cafe and market nearby. It's about a 30-minute walk to the center of Zadar. There was no problem with late check-in. We arrived at the place after 9 p.m. I highly recommend this place. :) :)

The only small minus was the check-out day. T he host wrote half an hour before 10 a.m. that we could check out before 10 a.m. because the apartment had to be cleaned. The booking information states that check-out is at 11 a.m. The host did not ask us if checking out an hour earlier was OK. We packed in a hurry. If for some reason check-out had to happen earlier, it's a pity we didn't receive the information the day before or first thing in the morning.

What I liked most was the tidiness and cleanliness of the apartment and the many facilities available to guests. Everything we needed was available: kettle, coffee maker, knives, pots, plates and bowls were on site. There was even a colander for pasta :) All linens and towels were laundered and smelled good. The owner was very friendly as well as communicative. The distance from the center is about 2 kilometers and the cab ride time was less than 15 minutes. Supermarket was something like 7 minutes from the apartment and there was bakery and coffee shop, so i liked it as much as possible :D

This is a new, clean apartment with everything you need for a vacation. It has two entrances and a small, pleasant garden. I really like this place. Cheap taxi: around 7 euros to Kolovare Beach Bus stop: 10 minutes on foot. There is a schedule at the bus stop, but the bus doesn't always arrive on time.
