The location was great. The rooms were clean. They moved us to an ADA room when I mentioned that we had a person with disabilities traveling with us. They had hot coffee, hot water, and iced water. They allow pets with an additional charge.

The room was small. When the same hotel is listed on other websites the description said to email the hotel to see if it will accept your pet. I emailed the hotel to ask about my dog. They quoted $50. However, when I checked in and mentioned that I had a pet, the paper they asked me to sign quoted $100-$150. I showed them my email and they charged me the lower price.

Great location in Laguna, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The pool was lovely. Good parking

Dark and outdated rooms. The whole property is rather outdated and there’s lots to do in terms of improvements. We had very annoying neighbors, so that was a pity! The breakfast is bare minimum.

Not great

Not much to offer for breakfast. On one morning, there was no decaf coffee. Only regular.

Mitarbeiter am Empfang ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool sieht toll aus. Die Lage ist zentral.

Keine Lüftung im Zimmer, Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, Schimmel unter der Decke im Zimmer und es riecht muffig. Auch die Handtücher riechen wie das Zimmer. Im Bett Haare beim aufschlagen gefunden. Der Teppich ist grau braun fleckig, man traut sich nicht barfuß hier zu laufen. In der Hochsaison bestimmt sehr laut in den Zimmern, da der Pool in der Mitte des Hotels ist. Wir waren Mitte Mai hier und es war schon sehr laut. Wasser braucht ewig um warm zu werden. Frühstück gibt es nicht wirklich. Eine Nische in der Lobby mit Toaster und Kaffeekannen. Toast, Bagels, Marmelade, Butter und Cornflakes. Keine Tische oder Stühle. Kein Fahrstuhl, man musste seine Koffer über Treppen runter und hoch schleppen. Das Hotel ist an sehr vielen Stellen sehr runtergekommen. Leider unser schlechteste Hotel auf unserem Roadtrip.
