"Katastrophe!"

Prinzipiell zentrale Lage

Schmutziges Viertel, mit Drogensüchtigen und Alkoholikern in unmittelbarer Nähe. Weiters herrscht ein deutlicher Lärmpegel durch das angrenzende Spital und die dadurch bedingten Rettugsfahrten mit Sirene. Die Unterkunft war sehr abgewohnt mit allseits deutlich schmutzigen Wänden, die Couch und Pölster sehr schmuddelig mit vielen undefinierbaren Flecken, das Kopfende der Betten fleckig, die Sessel am Küchentisch wackelig, alles war sehr schlecht gereinigt und ungepflegt. Schimmel im Bad usw. Die Unterkunft entspricht nur teilweise den Fotos, diese sind an den Fenstern überbelichtet damit man nicht erkennt dass die Fenster im Wohnbereich vergittert sind. Dies ist hier wohl notwendig. Der Geruch war mit einer Kellerwohnung vergleichbar. Die Passanten können direkt in den Wohnbereich sehen!Das Fenster zur Küche mündet in einen schmutzigen Innenhof. Meiner Familie und mir sind die positiven Bewertungen bezüglich der Sauberkeit ein Rätsel. Aus diesem Grunde haben wir die Unterkunft wieder verlassen und auch den finanziellen Schaden in Kauf genommen. Zum Glück wurden wir danach positiv überrascht. Ich empfehle keine Buchungen in dieser Unterkunft.

"Situation idéale comme pied à terre pour dormir lors d'un citytrip."

Emplacement idéal à 2 pas d'une station de métro et de grandes surfaces. Egalement proche (moins de 15' à pied) des quartiers historiques.

Appartement sombre, mais vu l'utilisation pour uniquement y dormir lors de notre citytrip, cela ne nous a pas pénalisé.

A un paso del centro. Check in automo. Muy limpio. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia. Camas muy cómodas.

El barrio. Tráfico de sustancias, gente bebiendo y durmiendo en la calle. Suciedad a raudales. El apto es peligroso para niños pequeños ya q las escaleras son al aire, sin pasamanos ni barrera. Solo hay una TV pequeña en el piso de abajo. El sofá es muy incómodo. Por el precio que tenía nos esperábamos un poco más...
