Frinton on Sea 8

The location. Apartment is spacious. The view is spectacular. We even saw whales and dolphins from the balcony. Easy access to the beach. Kitchen is well equipped. Washing machine and dryer. Mops, brooms and some cleaning agents readily available. Comfortable beds, and bedding was clean. Balcony is large and we were able to braai despite the wind. Complimentary mini bath soap. Even though I have some comments in respect of what I didn't like, they were easily remedied issues, and should not detract from how beautiful this flat is. One just has to be prepared. Definitely perfect for a long lazy beach stay.

The kitchen pots and cutlery were not the cleanest. Some of the pots had the fat/oil from previous residence meals still on it. no complimentary shampoo and shower gel. No kitchen sponge., and a single kitchen towel. Domestic placed the bucket she washed the toilet with in the kitchen sink to collect water. The lounge suite was lumpy and uncomfortable, and needs airing. And the bath towels smelt like they were not washed. Showers required a good scrub. So remember to carry your cleaning agents, kitchen towel/clothes, kitchen sponge, dishwashing liquid, clothing washing powder and hand wash and you will be good. I will definitely book again, but will be better prepared.

The location was excellent, it was super clean and convenient with all the facilities we needed.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable.

It would be most convenient to collect keys on the property. It would also have been helpful to have two sets of keys as the group of friends had different routines to come and go. The kitchen cutlery, crockery etc needs an update - not enough wine glasses for all guests, knives old and blunt, pots really old and tattered.
