The location is great for walking to the Palmiet beach area. Being on the edge of town it is easy to get to the main road for essential supplies. Kleinmond is a small town, so location is really irrelevant. The facility offers all basic comforts for all seasons and weather. The price was right!

The bathroom area does not have a ceiling and is therefore exposed to the kitchen area. Pictures do not show this. The general comfort of the bathroom can be improved with a handbasin plug and a soap/shampoo holder in the shower. The little cupboard above the handbasin could work better without a door and a (tiny) mirror (easier for shaving) above the basin would work better than the current mirror's position.
