We had a great experience—the host was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a huge variety of options that really exceeded our expectations, and the homemade cake on arrival was a lovely touch. The place is very quiet and set in the mountains, perfect for a peaceful stay, and we appreciated the clean facilities, well-equipped shared kitchen, free parking, and no extra charges for pets.

The only downside was the mattress, which was extremely hard and felt uncomfortable, almost like sleeping on the floor. Aside from that, everything else met or exceeded our expectations.

I liked the warm, homy feeling of the place, thanks to the care and attention from Nina. The huge tomato and a bottle of wine at arrival, but also home-made bread and jam at breakfast. The place was very clean and I used the kitchen several times. I appreciated that the nights are still dark and quiet apart from some stars and a call from an owl in the distance. The kitchen well equipped and the location ideal as a base for trips to go around.
