If was clean

Needs a bit of TLC- front door, back door, flooring, living room window didn’t have a handle so couldn’t open. Upstairs front bedroom window didn’t open, toilet window didn’t open, bathroom window didn’t close, bent blinds leave the properly down, no bottom shower screen seal so water from shower soaks the floor-hazardous.

A good bed very comfortable

The floor in the one bedroom was sagging onto the ceiling, the fridge was dirty, food in the sofa and underneath it, food left under the beds. Not the best area of Milford but okay to get your head down for a sleep

It was ideal for what we needed.....a place in the area we were travelling to for a running event. Good value for money with all the amenities we needed. Lovely, hot shower was just what was needed and we were thankful for. Good communication from the owner.

The house would benefit from some paint on the doors and some of the walls. The garden could do with some attention. With some TLC, the garden would be a good space to use and bring added value.

Sorry nothing

House was so unkept and unfinished. Garden was so overgrown it looked soo scruffy. Cracked tiles in bathroom, weeds along entrance path. Dirty skirtings ( I have pictures ). We left after 1 day as all bedroom windows were locked with no keys on windowsill to open them. We felt totally unsafe if there was a fire, so we packed up and left the next morning. The seat of the dinning room chair was disgusting ( again I have a pic). It was faux leather but all shredded and torn. It was the worst property I have ever rented and as I said although we paid for two night we left after one. I will b putting in a formal complaint
