"Never ever again … at least not for us"

Cannot provide a review as they did not let us enjoy the booking It seemed clean and really new at that point in time ( but we were not allowed to leave the hallway)

- they call you ( on your number, not initially contacting via Booking app) to provide the hour of arrival ( not negative, not something I can know in advance all the time) - when arrived at the location, they asked us to cancel the booking via Booking site and pay with cash at the property to avoid extra fees. Since we refuse, they forced us out and the next point applied : - It is NOT PET FRIENDLY ( the reason they forced us out was the fact we came with a dog) saying that the building is not pet friendly.. and saying this is clearly mentioned on booking apps( this is not the case and this is why Booking app allowed me to put a comment) - they are not the easiest persons to talk to
