USUSGreat air conditioning, the outdoor shower, very comfortable beds, and the outdoor patio/balcony was nice to sit at.
The living room needs more seating and the stairs need a rail on both sides. My small Minpin almost jumped off the side.
UShouse is in good location, laundry was a plus, distribution of house was great, no smoking property is good info at the door was helpful
bathtub has a crack, need replacement, lots of cockroach and plumbing needs service, sewer water comes out of pipe underneath house
