That was nice and comfortable.

Although clearly written "kitchen" in the description (and actually there are kitchens on the landing photos), I was precisely given the room without any kitchen at all: just a kettle and a couple of cups.

The location is amazing, the host was very nice and easy to talk to. The apatment itself had all that you need and was very cozy.

The only issue I had was that the elevator wasn’t working.

Smnestaj je odlican, cisto i uredno i izgleda bas kao na slici. Sami centar grada , a domacin u svakom momentu doatupan i ljubazan. Sve preporuke za smjestaj.

It’s so near the center and the buildings is in front of the bus stop. The apartment is comfortable and same like the pictures.

The lift is not working during my stay so it’s a bit hard if you travel alone and have a luggage.

Merkezde olması, temiz ve içerisinde eşyaların yeni olması.

Only positive thing is the location and wifi.

There was an insane amount of mold EVERYWHERE; the ceiling, windows , shower etc. Also there were spider webs , dead spiders, dust etc. The shower floor was even sticky which felt gross. And don’t even bother with the hottub since you won’t use it due to the filth. Additionally, the kitchen area which is next to the bed smelled horribly, might have been mold behind the wallpapers. Airconditioning and tv were half working and the bed sheets had stains. Also the elevator is still not working after a whole year so be prepared to walk a lot of stairs. Regarding all these issues in relation to the owner, I contacted him on my first day since i was so dazzled by the mold and smell, he sent a cleaning worker 2 whole days later that only cleaned the mold off the ceiling. All other complaints were ignored. Couple days further of complaining he sent the worker again and then only the sheets were changed… none of the issues resolved. I would say that if you are a local and are used to old buildings then go for it but by western standards this was outrageous.

Apartman je jako lijepo uređen, čist i uredan. Vlasnik je susretljiv i ljubazan. Opremljen je svim potrebnim stvarima i prostran. Ulazni prostor u apartmane je također vrlo uredan i lijepo uređen.

Samo napomenuti gostima kod dolaska da se ulazna vrata teško otvaraju.
