"Civico2 staff was very helpful and provide good communication at all times of a day."

At the very beginning of the stay, the toilet started to leak some water. Civico2 offered us another flat in the neighbourhood but of a better standard. We had very good contact with them throughout and always received the help or support we expected. Thank you - Roberta and Francesco.

Good location. Air conditioning. Basic kitchen facilities.

Dead bugs in the bed when we arrived was shocking. Not very clean. Shower is very bad, weak pressure. Waste sorting unclear. Bed broken, has a large dip in the frame
