The location was great lots of restaurants and bars. Beach literally 5 minutes walk.

I can't really fault this place, I'm sure she's always looking to improve, really good location and safe surroundings.

Good location for getting to the sea front and all that Hastings has to offer. Nice and clean room, beautiful bathroom. A good choice of lovely cafes nearby.

Parking is very hard to find, I ended up parking a 10 minute walk from the property. Don't try to take a large vehicle down the road that the property is on, it's very narrow. Mattress was lumpy.

Location is great, just by all the shops and restaurants in King's Road. Very convenient for train station. The room is small, but it's got everything you need, it's laid out really well. Shared bathroom is massive and has a great shower.

Excellent value for money for an overnight stay. Was made very welcome and Lee Marie was very helpful with advice re parking. Very central to the town.

On street parking was tight, but given the very central location this is unavoidable.

Ideally located short walk from station and seafront. Room and bed comfortable. Ideal for an overnight stay. Having stayed before, was happy to return.
