We genuinely loved the apartment itself. The interior is beautifully done, first-class furnishings, and it was spotlessly clean when we walked in. The location worked very well for us and the place looked exactly like the photos in the listing, with no surprises in that regard. Purely as a physical space, our stay there was a pleasure.

The apartment itself was great, but our experience around check-in and check-out was not relaxing for us. We had booked an early check-in, which the host confirmed in writing for an extra fee of 20 EUR. We agreed and completed the online self check-in link he sent us. When we arrived at 3 PM, the apartment was not yet ready, and on the host's side it turned out the extra fee had not actually been charged, even though we had confirmed it. Sorting this out by message rather than by phone took longer than we would have wished, especially as the cleaner on site did not speak English. In our personal perception, the tone of the written communication became less friendly than we are used to as guests, which left us feeling uncomfortable. At check-out we were also surprised that the cleaner was already at the door at 10 AM sharp, ringing to come in while we were still finishing up. Combined with the surcharge policy for early check-in, this felt unbalanced to us as guests. A few smaller points we noticed: only half a started roll of toilet paper for three nights for two people, and only one of the two bedrooms was prepared, although we had booked for two guests. We were told afterwards that we should have requested the second bedroom in advance, which was not clear to us from the booking. Overall: lovely apartment, but the guest experience around it did not match the quality of the space for us personally.

Nebolo mi vrátených 100 € z depozitu. Na základe informácie, ktorú mi poskytli, som pochopila, že za každú ďalšiu osobu bude účtovaný poplatok 20 €. Nakoniec mi však nevrátili celý depozit 100 €, pričom sa odvolávali na podmienky, kde uvádzajú, že návštevy nie sú povolené, ale zároveň píšu, že každá ďalšia osoba bude spoplatnená sumou 20 €. Považujem to za zavádzanie zákazníka, preto ubytovanie neodporúčam. Čistota a lokalita boli perfektné, no takéto správanie voči hosťovi, ktorý nič nepoškodil, ma sklamalo.
