The gas grill was in bad shape and I had to buy a new tank of propane.
GBAmazing, as you open front door, even more interest as you explore the villa with historic artifacts. Place is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Large clean outdoor area, fishing from jetty available. Excellent villa for a quiet, relaxing evening watching sunsets. Owners pontoon boat available for hire. It's amazing.

USUSUSThis house was top notch all the way. Big fluffy bath towels and mats, very clean floors & kitchen & bath. TP and paper towels were full, quality soap, shampoo, etc., supplied. Laundry deterg. supplied, washer and dryer worked perfectly. Dishwasher and deterg. supplied, worked perfectly. Pots, pans, and cooking supplies were quality. Stove and oven worked fine. Hot water for all 7 of us. Home was as beautiful as pictured, pool was clean and ready to jump in, screened in pool lanai. Lots of seating, comfy bedding. Treasure hunt on phone app was so much fun for my 42 yr old daughter and her sons, 6, 10, 12. Beach supplies in storage shed. Host responded within an hour or less when texted. Kayaks (supplied) on the canal was fun, we fished and saw manatees, dolphins, and a gator! Maintenance people were polite, as were neighbors. We had a blast! Luggage racks and closet space in the bedrooms, with hangers. We saw a satellite launch from NASA from the front driveway.
Can't think of anything we didn't like. Very close to the beach. Maybe a simple map showing the beaches available,. We found free beaches on our third day, that had changing rooms and showers to rinse sand and free parking. (Bigger waves and no lifeguards, but still very clean and not as crowded.)

CAThe house is simply amazing! A definite wow factor, especially with the pool and river access. There's even an escape game inside the house! It's a true gem (« perle » in french), just as its name suggests. Additionally, the neighborhood is very welcoming, and everything is within walking distance.
