The property does not have back up power. If you wish to hire this unit you should be aware of this. Power cuts seem to be frequent in this area. We had more than 12 hours of power cuts. No gas appliances

We had a lovely weekend stay at Selborne Golf Estate — the villa was well-maintained, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The estate is beautiful, and the surroundings made for a tranquil break.

The only downside was a misunderstanding with the host. We had family who live nearby visit us briefly in the morning, and unfortunately, this was misinterpreted as us having unregistered guests or hosting a party. We received a message cautioning us about noise and potential cleaning charges, which felt a bit presumptive given the nature of the visit. That said, we respected the property at all times, left it in excellent condition, and overall still had a very enjoyable stay.
