The property was conveniently situated in Winchester. Parking available. A great pub 500 yards away. It was decorated beautifully and was very clean. Great communication from owner.

The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped. Parking was easy when we were there for a weekend in March and it is about 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of town. There is even a pub on the corner of the road at 2 minutes walk. The owner was very responsive to help solve small problems on arrival.

It would be good to have a small shelf and especially a mirror above the washbasin. Also to be able to switch on/off the bedroom lights from both sides of the bed. A written guide to the TV would also be useful for non-UK residents!

Good communication from host. Property was clean and modern, happy with my stay. Location was good for being close to town but also closer to visiting family in the north suburbs. Didn't really test the kitchen as was out with family, but cooker looked modern and good standard, and had make, toaster, microwave etc. Heating was effective, bathroom was good, with excellent shower.

Wooden floor was quite noisy to walk on without any rugs, but not really anything much to fault. Didn't really test the kitchen as was out with family, but looked a little sparse perhaps on cooking utensils eg a range of pots/pans.
