Hotel was very clean. Has all the right facilities of a 5 star hotel, buffet breakfast, spa, gym, roof top pool. Staff as always excellent.

If you think you are getting the real 5 star experience at a 3 star price, think again. Quality of the bed, pillows, bathroom, room configuration was what you pay for. Beds were hard (like a futon), sheets move around so your mattress is exposed. Spa room meant that your spa was outside on the balcony, towels poor quality and tired. Our bathroom flooded across to the toilet every time (might be the design of the wet room) but that didn’t happen my kids room. Fridge wasn’t cold enough. Location is around a $100k dong Grab ride from the main beach. Overall, was ok as we were out all day, and based on the discounted price I was happy with the experience.
