The quality fittings & elegance and size of the rooms. Tea and coffee facilities in the room as well as use of the coffee machine in the dining room.

A Minor problem the fridge didn't cool drinks & milk properly. No shower caddy in bathroom.

Breakfast was included (a croissant/pastry and a hot drink) which was great if you don't have any dietary requirements and the room was clean.

A little small for a family of 4 but totally fine for one or two nights.

everything was wonderful……from the very warm and friendly welcome of Nicola, to the beautifully decorated rooms and communal areas.
