Large 4 bedroom with bunk room and 2 golf carts!

Everything was great, the house is beautiful and has all you need to enjoy your stay.

Nothing.

We loved the house layout and the amenities were excellent. It was a perfect fit for us. The bunk beds were a hit for the kiddos. The 2 golf carts were a huge win. We were able to take the golf carts to the beach, shopping, pools, etc. and avoid car traffic. They were quick and fun adventures. There is even a golf cart path to the beach with a tunnel to avoid the main road. The pools were an awesome amenity, too. The owners were great and answered any questions we had about the area. Highly recommend!

The only downside was having to clean the bedding the day of check-out. I wish there was an extra set of clean bedding that we could put on the beds. Then, only be required to start the bedding laundry the day of check-out vs having to clean it before we left.

The house was a HUGE hit! Successful Mother’s Day weekend! No need to waste gas with the carts!!! Must stay again!!!

Great location . Very nice area. Lots of restaurants & shops just golf cart away. Drove to Miramar Beach just few minutes away. The kids loved sitting on back porch watching all the turtles daily. When you stand against railing, they all come up to check you out.

Only 1 thing. You can't just strip bedding and set in bathroom. We had to wash all bedding..before we left. 1 King bed set, 2 queen bed set , 5 bunkbed sets.( we only used 5) this took a day and 1/2 to get all that laundry done.. So my daughter & kids left day early... we would'nt have had time to do bedding like stated if they stayed. You can't let everyone use those rooms the last night and next morning strip beds get laundry done and leave by 10am. Atleast not if you actually wash it all like stated. I think extra bedding for each room locked away would have been ideal.

The property was beautiful and peaceful

Being an Airbnb owner of several properties I do charge a cleaning fee, but I have a issue with the house rules that we was with the linen and towels , wash and dry them and place them on the bed. I wasn’t happy about doing the work when I paid for the services. I’m good with loading the washer before leaving because it helps tremendously while preparing for the next guest. Also when your guest wash the white towels and bath clothes with no bleach it leaves room for dull wash clothes and dull towels. Mine was dull … not white anymore and not looking clean. However…. the home was so beautiful.! My only issue was cleaning after I paid a cleaning fee. Blessings! Sandra!
