Nice rooms and location. Friendly staff.

We were in a separate building to our daughter who needs assistance. When I requested we were given rooms together I was told that because I had not booked via their website they could not help. But the reason I booked through Booking.com was because the article recommending Cranleigh Suites directed me there. The separate rooms were a problem for us.

That apartment was awesome, super spacious, and had everything you could ever want. Easy access and very close to everything.

Even though it was clean, there was quite a bit of dust, and the bed in the main bedroom was falling apart from the headboard.

The accommodation is in an ideal location. It was clean and well maintained. The facilities in the apartment were fabulous and the kitchen was fully stocked. There was actually a 3rd cloakroom which was really handy with 3 of us staying. The WiFi was good, and being able to sign in on my own Netflix and Prime accounts was great. We used the St George's Field Car Park which was just over a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We were able to both check in and use the parking space from lunchtime through contact with the agent and this was much appreciated. We're already looking at booking again for next year.

Location good short walk to shambles shops and teastaurants .The apartmentwas very clean and comfortable nice welcome pack.

The noise from the construction site was relentless from 8am on a morning until at least 5pm in afternoon .

Great location. Modern apartment in a block with secure entry - felt very safe. Well equipped with high spec kitchen appliances. Good sized rooms. Smart TV with Sky box. Good welcome back, instructions and tea/coffee.

To make it more family friendly, it would be better to have twin beds rather than a double in one of the bedrooms. Need a pair of tongs in the kitchen as well as a few bin bags! Main bedroom could do with some storage draws in the wardrobe.
