"Very poor experience"

Very poor experience with the host. We arrived at the property to obtain key from host at 3pm when he told us the apartment was unavailable, but had another across the street. We were in communication up to the moment we arrived and yet he did not tell us the apartment we reserved was unavailable. We looked at the other apartment and it was inferior to the one reserved online. We did not accept his offer and left. We were very inconvenienced by his actions. Extremely unprofessional business practices!
