Secure building with 2 separate coded doors before apartment, also coded entry. Larger than expected. Nice big couch w/pillows but the TV is hung too high for comfortable viewing. Nicely equipped kitchen, washing machine, no dishwasher. Bedroom decent size, TV (no antennae for channels), dresser, foam mattress on the softer side (appreciated), fan for warm nights. Bathroom is small but fully functional w/spa tub, under floor heater and towel dryer a bonus. Lots of storage in the hall entryway with baby gear & extra blankets noted. Communication with staff was quick, friendly and addressed concerns. Close to all Nottingham has to offer. Best part: no cleaning or taking trash out at end of stay! Thank you!

Charged to be prescreened by Truvia. MINUT noise monitoring system not known prior to booking, no big deal. Ground floor but close to main door & stairwell... so can be loud with persons entering and door closing loudly. Also outside passerbys can see inside the living room, we kept drapes closed the whole time for privacy. Kitchen sink dripped nonstop.

Great location! Felt safe and really clean. Much bigger than we thought.

The sofa bed wasn’t very comfy. No sheets on the bedding for the sofa bed.

The contact with the host was perfect, he explained us everything very clearly and answered all questions. As we were traveling with a toddler it was very nice that there was a separate bedroom and all on the ground floor. No stairs she could climb and for us the option to watch a movie while she was sleeping. All amenities were in perfect condition and there were enough products for a laundry, dishwasher etc.

The windows only opened to a courtyard, if other people are smoking outside the smell got inside the room. Luckily it was not very warm so we could keep the windows closed if needed.

Great location, rooms were cozy and well decorated. Kitchen was well equipped

Couldn’t find clean bedsheets for the sofa and had to buy new ones.
