Miła, lekka pościel. Ręczniki czyste, wygodne łóżka, kawa/herbata stale dostępna. Dostaliśmy śniadanie studenckie, bez dodatkowej opłaty - płatki, jogurt, kawa/herbata, jabłko. Okolica z dala od szumu ulicznego, jedynie nocne ptaszki ćwierkają przez całą noc.

Dostaliśmy pokój z oknem w dachu/suficie. W pokoju było trochę duszno. Daleko od centrum Poznania, dojazd raczej tylko samochodem. Teren z tyłu trochę zaniedbany.
