Beachfront Design LUX Studio Apartment

Very small apartment but well designed so that all the comfort like kitchen and tv/AC fits in there. Sea side but not sea view. Parking a bit hard to find as a lot of streets are private property by rich hotels/complexes.

The bed was rather small to fit 2 persons, 2 friends was nearly impossible but that's not the owner's fault off course. The soundproofing is not present, just an old building with a terribly old wooden door. The AC needs replacing, was about 28 degrees when we entered but never went down 23 during the whole evening, it's just too old. The shower drains very badly, flooding is a real danger, needs to be unplugged. I wouldn't return but the owner does try to provide a good place so respect that

Very difficult to find even with GPS pin. Incredibly loud building with kids running up and down hallways - could hear people outside on beach and was advertised as "soundproof". The freezer needed to be defrosted and was covered in yellowed ice crystals over 5cm deep. The one pot with cover was absolutely filthy. The bed was one of the shortest beds I have ever slept in and the linens were poor quality and not necessarily clean. Lighting fixtures had buildup of dust in them. I could go on - the sponge was filthy, silverware not clean, etc, etc, etc. Frankly, I feel Iike I can stay most places for 12 hours but this was not even close to as advertised. Parking was an atrocity - and I travel to Estepona at least 4x per year. I did not feel safe as a single woman traveling alone. I had to drag my luggage 400 meters after backing up out of the dead end where parking was supposed to be. I think this is one of the first truly bad reviews I have given to an accommodation as my mother always told me "if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all". However, I realize that I rely upon others reviews to determine if a particular place will suit my needs and felt that by not disclosing these issues, I would be doing a disservice to future, potential guests. The manager/owner may comment that I never sent him a message, and that is true. However, I arrived close to 9pm (after making 3 circuits of the dual carriageway as I could not locate the apartment) and was leaving by 9am. What could he have done to fix? I was tired after driving 5+ hours from Portugal and never going to see that place again. All of the things that were not up to par were either "unfixable" (soundproofing, bed shortness, etc) or would have required a late night cleaner - I cleaned things myself.as best as I could.

Nice place which was a good value for money.

Great location (next to the beach and walkway). Good price /value ratio. Appreciate the charging cables for phones/ tablets.

All good while I was there, but if there are noisy neighbours you will hear them (a second door at the bottom of the stairs would be helpful.

Very good location, great contact with the owner, very clean and well-equipped apartment.

The location is great, close to the main road, but very quiet. Clean, with all amenities needed for a short stay. Communication is excellent and everything happens very quickly. I recommend this place for accommodation

Too small kitchen, the Brd is sofa, Fotos too optimistic-building is a big house with many very small fakta-there is very noisy, thin walls, nois from the floor, unconfortable bez, the last day we found our there are bedbugs :/
